[English]  Nearly 80 unaccompanied under-aged migrants arrive in Paris every month, looking for a place to stay and a better life. Most of them come from Afghanistan. Every night at the "Colonel Fabien" square, they try to get to the bus taking them to in foster care for homeless people. Unfortunately, they are rejected because they cannot be mixed with adults, as a legal point of view.<br />

[Francais]  Les exiles afghans se rassemblent par dizaines tous les soirs place Colonel Fabien (Xeme). Un service de bus nomme Atlas, gere par des associations et finance par l'etat, emmene les plus chanceux vers le centre d'hebergement d'urgence de nuit Sonacotra de la « Boulangerie » (XVIIIeme)..La selection est difficile. Legalement tenus de les dissocier des majeurs dans toute filiere d'accueil, le personnel du bus refuse les mineurs. Le dispositif d'etat qui leur est dedie par ailleurs est sous-dimensionne et peu de places se liberent chaque jour. De nombreux mineurs sont donc contraints a trouver un abri de fortune pour passer la nuit.
