Koriyama, April 25 2011 - .(eng) 55 km from Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, 1200 nuclear refugees squeeze into a convention hall. Refugees at "Bil Palette" used to live in Tomioka (10km from the plant) and Kawauchi (20km) All have escaped within a few days after the accident. 3000 residents were evacuated. About 200 went back to live in Kawauchi. Some moved to others temporary lodging (hotel, guesthouse, family, public housing). Some couldn't access the public housing or can't afford furniture to settle down there...(fr) A 55km de la centrale de Fukushima Daiichi, 1200 refugies nucleaires s'entassent dans un centre de conference.  Les refugies du "Big Palette" sont originaires des villages de Tomioka (10km de la centrale) et Kawauchi (20km de la centrale). Tous ont du evacuer  quelques jours après le seisme. Sur les 3000 personnes deplacees, environ 200 sont retournees vivre a Kawauchi. La moitie des refugies restant  dans le centre d'accueil n'ont pas pu avoir de place dans les HLM de la prefecture ou n'ont pas les moyens de se racheter des meubles pour s'y installer.
