Kawauchi Village, Fukushima prefecture, March 2 2015 - Hiroshi Nishimaki lives in Kawauchi village, 24km away from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, in an area where the level of radioactivity is low (around 0.12microSv/hour). But 4 years have past since the accident and only half of the former residents returned home.
The house of M. Nishimaki is one of the former houses of teachers for the school nearby. The rent of his house was divided by 3 after the acccident.
